Reproducibilidade

Aligned with the global principles of Open Science, Spectrum advocates that the transparency of research data and methodologies is essential for the reproducibility, validation, and advancement of scientific knowledge.

  • Encouragement of Sharing: Authors are strongly encouraged to deposit datasets, source codes, algorithms, and mathematical models used in the research into reliable open-access repositories (such as Zenodo, Mendeley Data, GitHub, or institutional repositories) prior to manuscript submission.
  • Data Availability Statement: Every approved article must include a "Data Availability Statement" at the end of the text, providing the direct link or DOI where the data can be accessed by readers.
  • Exceptions for Defense Applications and Sensitive Data: We recognize that research focused on defense, security, and military operational applications may involve handling classified or confidential data, or data controlled by national security legislation. In these cases, the restriction on data sharing is understood and accepted, but it must be explicitly justified by the authors in the aforementioned statement (e.g., "The raw operational data supporting the findings of this study are classified and cannot be made publicly available due to flight safety / national defense restrictions").
